To Make 1 Quart

Empty the contents of one 4-ounce bottle into a sanitary empty 32 fluid ounce (or 1 Liter) glass, stainless steel or food-grade plastic bottle and fill with any of the following potable water: Distilled water, Reverse osmosis water, or Spring water. No Chlorinated Water Allowed! (In other words, do not use water that contains chlorine.)

To Make 1 Gallon (3.8 Liters)

Empty the contents of FOUR 4-ounce bottles into a sanitary empty 1 Gallon (or 3.785 Liter) glass, stainless steel or food-grade plastic bottle and fill with any of the following potable water: Distilled water, Reverse osmosis water, or Spring water. No Chlorinated Water Allowed! (In other words, do not use water that contains chlorine.)

The dosages presented below are after the product has been diluted with water according to the mixing instructions on the bottle.
