If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased from us you may return it within 30-days of its delivery to you for a full refund of the purchase price - less shipping cost. Damaged items: You must notify us within five (5) days of your receipt of any damaged merchandise.
Returning an Order:
Before returning any product you must first contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be written conspicuously on the outside of the return shipment box. e-Mail or call us for the RMA number and the address to ship the package to (we have two locations).
You may return an item for a refund within 30-days after the date of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, sales receipt or invoice. So that we may better serve you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or the purchase price refunded to you. (If you have received a damaged or defective item please read the section below titled “Damaged or Defective Merchandise.”) After a return has been received by us, we will promptly issue you the refund - less shipping cost. If you used a credit card to make the purchase, the refund will be credited to your card. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
