SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
We of Supreme Fulvic, LLC reserve the right to choose the shipping method (e.g. US Postal Service or FedEx) for each order, however, if the US Postal Service (“USPS”) does not deliver to your address or if you have delivery problems receiving packages from the USPS and you require your package to be delivered by FedEx only, please let us know in the comment box provided near the end of the online ordering process or tell us verbally if placing your order over the phone.
NOTE: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Customers are responsible for providing correct and deliverable shipping addresses. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable orders due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Supreme Fulvic, LLC is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after they have been delivered.
IMPORTANT! Receiving Damaged Products
via U.S. Postal Service
If you receive a package from us containing damaged products or contents are missing you must notify us immediately and also take it to your Post Office promptly to report the damage. Be sure to bring the item, mailing container, wrapping, packaging, and any other contents. The Post Office will verify the damage and have you complete a claim form. Please do not ship the package back to us!

International Shipments to Canada and all other Countries
Import Duties, Taxes, and other Import Charges
Addressees of international shipments from Supreme Fulvic, LLC may be subject to customs import duties, taxes, and/or other import charges after the shipment enters the addressee's destination country.
The addressee (the person to whom the package is addressed) of an international order from Supreme Fulvic, LLC is 100% responsible for payment of all import duties, taxes, and any other import charges (if any) associated. Import duties, taxes, or any other import charges are NOT included in our product prices nor the shipping cost. All such import charges (if any) are the sole responsibility of the addressee of the package/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any packages that are refused or not claimed by the addressee and returned to Supreme Fulvic, LLC.
Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please check with your country's local customs office to determine what, if any, the customs import costs will be prior to placing your order.
NOTE: In an event that the addressee (the person to whom the package is addressed) refuses a international shipment or refuses to pay any such incurred importation fees the customer shall be fully responsible for any and all return shipment costs to Supreme Fulvic, LLC. Shipping costs are non-refundable for all package/s that are refused or not claimed by the addressee and returned to Supreme Fulvic, LLC.

Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable orders due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, orders that are refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders seized by Customs.
