Shipping Methods

Although we do not guarantee same day shipping, typically, if we receive your order by 12:00 p.m.(noon), Eastern Time Zone (New Jersey), Monday–Friday, and by 12:00 p.m.(noon) Saturday, the order will ship the same day.
(FedEx shipments are only shipped weekdays, Monday through Friday.)

We of Supreme Fulvic, LLC reserve the right to choose the shipping method (e.g. US Postal Service or FedEx) for each order, however, if the US Postal Service (“USPS”) does not deliver to your address or if you have delivery problems receiving packages from the USPS and you require your package to be delivered by FedEx only, please let us know in the comment box provided near the end of the online ordering process or tell us verbally if placing your order over the phone.

In many areas of the United States the US Postal Service (“USPS”) does not deliver packages or does not deliver them correctly. If your delivery address is in one of those areas and you need your package delivered via FedEx Ground please select the FedEx shipping method during the checkout process.
IMPORTANT: You must also tell us to “use FedEx Ground delivery” in the comment box near the end of the ordering process, otherwise, the USPS shipping method will typically be used for all shipments to all destinations within the 48 continental states of the USA.

US Postal Service (“USPS”) Priority Mail: Transit time is from 1 to 3 days – depending on your distance from us. ALASKA, HAWAII, and POSSESSIONS of the USA

If the delivery destination is Alaska, Hawaii, or a territory or possession of the USA—including American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Military destinations (AA, AE, AP), “Standard Shipping” is defined by us to be the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Supreme Fulvic, LLC is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after they have been delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing us correct and deliverable shipping addresses. Refunds will not be issued for any refused or abandoned packages by the intended recipient (addressee), nor for undeliverable orders due to an address error (incorrect shipping address provided by the customer).


DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

Via U.S. Postal Service:
You must notify us immediately if you receive a package containing damaged products or contents are missing. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! You must take the package to your Post Office promptly to report the damage. Be sure to bring the package as you received it, including the mailing container/box, wrapping, packaging and all contents. The Post Office will verify the damage and have you complete a claim form.

Via FedEx: You must notify us immediately of any damages. We will then contact FedEx and they will send someone to inspect the package. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY!

DO NOT SHIP PACKAGES BACK TO US - unless we pre-authorize the return.

Import Customs, Duties, Taxes, and other Import Charges

Shipping rates are for transportation only and DO NOT not include customs, duties, VAT, or any other import charges if any.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: You must notify us immediately if you receive a package containing damaged products or contents are missing. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY! You must take the package to your Post Office promptly to report the damage. Be sure to bring the package as you received it, including the mailing container/box, wrapping, packaging and all contents. The Post Office will verify the damage and have you complete a claim form.

Unless a package is delivered damaged: In an event that a recipient of a package refuses a package the customer shall be fully responsible for paying all return shipment costs to Supreme Fulvic, LLC.

Customers are responsible for providing correct and deliverable shipping addresses. Refunds will not be issued for: undeliverable orders due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, orders that are refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders seized by Customs.
